It was on December 14th when Food Safety Officials found few Packets of Pakistan made toffee containing beef during a sudden visit to one of the shop after the officials received an information about the sell of these toffees in the market. The officals took samples of the toffee and send it for testing and also seized 3 boxes of toffees containing more than 24 units in each box.
The parcel in which the toffees were delivered were reported ly have Baluchistan's address on it.The wrappers were made in Pakistan with a red mark which indicates that the product is non vegetarian.
The Shopkeeper when asked about the toffees he said that he brought them from Crawford Marker of Mumbai and aware about the content of it.
However all the toffees have been seized from one of the shop located nearby the Collectorate, but the question is that when the beef gelatine is ban in Rajasthan than how these products are easily entering into the state?
