एनएचएम संविदा कार्मिकों को मिलेगा एकबारीय लॉयल्टी बोनस/अनुभव बोनस !

जयपुर, 26 अगस्त। मुख्यमंत्री श्री अशोक गहलोत ने एनएचएम में कार्यरत संविदाकर्मियों को एकबारीय लॉयल्टी बोनस/अनुभव बोनस दिए जाने के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दी है।

इसका लाभ उन एनएचएम संविदाकर्मियों को मिलेगा, जिन्हें वर्ष 2012-13 एवं 2013-14 में मानदेय वृद्धि का लाभ नहीं मिला है। प्रस्ताव के तहत एनएचएम के ऎसे संविदाकर्मी, जिन्होंने 31 मार्च, 2017 को 3 वर्ष की सेवा पूर्ण कर ली है, उन्हें 10 प्रतिशत तथा जिन्होंने 5 वर्ष की सेवा पूर्ण कर ली है, उन्हें 15 प्रतिशत की दर से 01 अप्रैल, 2020 को एकबारीय लॉयल्टी बोनस/अनुभव बोनस दिया जाएगा। राशि की गणना 31 मार्च, 2020 को दिए जा रहे मासिक मानदेय के आधार पर की जाएगी।
